There are no set sizes for our garments. The beauty of getting a custom tailored suit is that it is tailored to your body, no matter the size!

If for any reason you need to change the address where your garments will be shipped to you, it would be best to email [email protected] as soon as possible in order to receive your goods at your intended location.

For the first appointment, it is always preferable to either wear or bring a suit or a jacket and pants, as well as a collared shirt and shoes.

This varies for different people. As a general rule of thumb, the first meeting with the tailor will take around 40-60 minutes, as together you will be selecting fabrics, styles and taking measurements. However, once we have your measurements on file, appointments can last 15-20 minutes.

We can provide the tracking number for your order upon request.

Yes. We do make exceptions and can have the order expedited urgently provided the request is made at the time of ordering. We generally do not charge extra for this service.

We accept credit cards through Visa, Master Card, American Express and PayPal.

Absolutely yes. Bring it along with you at the time of the appointment or mail it to our Hong Kong office.

Since this is hand-made, it can happen from time to time that the suit is not perfect. In this case we request our clients to take a picture where the problem is and e-mail it to us. If it is a minor issue, we request the client to have it altered locally and e-mail us the invoice for reimbursement to their credit card. However, if we consider it a serious issue, we will provide a FedEx account number for the garment to be couriered back to us at our cost. We will fix the problems and send it back urgently. If it is not fixable, we will have the garment replaced.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. We do not accept returns. As the garments are cut and tailored to a specific posture and size, we will only be able to alter or replace the goods.

No. After your first fitting, once we have your measurements on file, ordering your products will be much more efficient. The only thing you would have to do is choose what you want!

There are 3 main steps:

  1. Discuss your requirements with our Suit Connoisseur. You can even bring a garment or a style from a magazine that you would like copied.
  2. Select the fabrics and style you desire. There are over 5,000 fabric swatches in our collection for you to choose from.
  3. Let us take your measurements along with digital photographs so that we can collect additional information about your body shape and size.

All orders are hand tailored in our workshops in Hong Kong.

A bespoke suit is a suit that is made individually, according to your size, shape and preference. Retail off the rack suits come in standard sizes that are not your perfect fit.
